Return Policy

All food products at Shivam Foods & Spices are non-returnable. However, we do support returns in the following cases:

✅ Item received is damaged

✅ You received the wrong product

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos.

If you haven’t heard from us within 15 business days of return approval, kindly follow up via the above contact.
